RETURNS POLICY.
FREE SHIPPING.
Fast Fire Parts, USA offers free shipping on most orders over $100.00 to most areas of the contiguous U.S. There are exceptions so please check the shopping cart for any additional handling fees. An additional Handling Fee is added in the shopping cart for some items that incur oversize and/or overweight charges from common carriers or must be shipped LTL freight on a pallet.
The Handling Fee is typically only assessed once per part number regardless of how many units are ordered as we can usually ship multiple units on one pallet.
Residential delivery or delivery to limited access sites for product that must be shipped on a pallet will incur an additional charge, please provide a commercial address for shipping.
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping and will be charged for shipping in the shopping cart. Some remote areas of the U.S. may incur additional shipping charges. We will always let you know before shipping anything requiring an additional shipping charge that was not charged at checkout. Customers may decide at that time if they would like to proceed with the order.
International orders must ship to a U.S. based freight forwarder or other U.S. address. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. except on a limited basis to Canada using customer’s shipping account.
Shipping carrier selection is at the discretion of Fast Fire Parts, USA for all orders. Express shipping options may be available for an additional charge.
Offer excludes any other offers and may not be combined with any other discounts, coupons or other incentives at the discretion of Fast Fire Parts, USA. Fast Fire Parts, USA reserves the right to charge an additional freight fee beyond any sale on freight or any standard freight charge on any order in the event that orders freight cost exceeds normal freight charges or is considered excessive.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
If you need your items faster, Fast Fire Parts, USA offers Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping options for most items less than 150 pounds sent to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Items that incur Freight Charges in the shopping cart are typically not eligible for express shipping. Items marked Custom or Special Order will ship via ground service when they are available to ship.
Available services and delivery times will vary by destination and shipping warehouse location. For some addresses 2nd Day and Next Day shipping options are available directly in the online shopping cart. These options are for end of day service.
Please note: ‘Business Days’ are non-Holiday Monday through Friday; Fast Fire Parts, USA does not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count for transit days. Orders received late in the day may not ship until the next day. Saturday is NOT a normal delivery day. Example: An order placed early in the day on Thursday selecting 2nd day shipping will have a scheduled delivery of Monday. An order placed late in the day on Thursday selecting 2nd day shipping may have a Tuesday delivery.

Enrollment
You may choose to enroll for one of our products or services where we will request certain information from you. Depending on the type of product or service that you request, you may be asked to provide different personal information. For certain products and services, we may require your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. Other products and services may require different or supplemental information from you in order to apply.
TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Payment
Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express both online and by phone. This is the quickest, easiest and safest method of payment for all parties. We also offer PayPal as payment options. Your account will be charged at time of purchase regardless of lead time to ship.
Check: We can accept checks on a case-by-case basis however orders will not ship until checks are cleared. Returned checks are subject to a minimum $50 charge.
Wire Transfer: We can accept wire transfers for payment. Goods will ship after receipt.
Purchase Order: We can make arrangements, on a case-by-case basis, to offer net 30 PO terms to government entities and fire departments. Please call our sales department to discuss. All past due accounts are subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month, or maximum allowed by law if different, along with collection expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees.
Shipping & Handling
We are only able to ship to U.S. destinations. Fast Fire Parts, USA responsibility for delivery ends upon acceptance by carrier companies. Any subsequent shipping costs, fees, taxes, export duties, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. Any documentation that may be required for export must be requested in advance of placing the order.
Most deliveries are via FedEx or UPS but may also include the USPS and various freight and common carriers. Fast Fire Parts, USA reserves the right to change carrier choice at any time, even after an order is placed. If you have a delivery company preference and would like to use your corporate billing account just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate that request.
Saturdays and Sundays are NOT a normal delivery days and do not count for express shipping. Saturday delivery may be available by request and will incur additional charges. Typical example: Thursday order with 2nd day express shipping will have a scheduled delivery day of Monday. Products marked FREE SHIPPING will only ship free to one of the contiguous 48 United States. Certain addresses within this area may be excluded and a shipping surcharge will be requested in advance of shipment. The customer will of course have the right to refuse, cancel and receive a full refund.
Products requiring LTL freight service, either with “free shipping” or with a “handling fee”, are priced based on delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock and/or forklift. Delivery to a residential address, if delivery is possible, will incur a surcharge.
